BHS Boys Soccer Community,
Spartan Soccer Family,

Week two of the season gave us an early look at the level this program is capable of competing at—and the boys delivered.
Both JV and Varsity earned thrilling wins over the defending 4A State Champions, which is an incredible statement this early in the season. It’s a reminder that when we stay disciplined, compete together, and trust the process, we can go toe-to-toe with anyone. It’s great to see the boys continuing to build the reputation that Spartan Soccer is one of the top programs around.
A huge shoutout to our JV group and Coach Kolby. They battled through a tough environment—standing in the rain with no bench—and still found a way to take it to a very strong opponent. That level of resilience and mentality says a lot about the character of that group.Â
Varsity also put together an outstanding performance, and a lot of credit goes to Porter and Carissa for the preparation and guidance they gave the players heading into such a difficult matchup. The boys stepped up and delivered when it mattered.Â
We’re proud of the effort across the program this week.
