The Regional Seeker Response Liaison is appointed by the Council and collaborates with the Council Secretary, Regional, and Sub-Regional Seeker Response Coordinators.
The liaison assists in recommending appointments for Regional, Sub-Regional, and Cluster level Seeker Response Coordinators.
The liaison systematically consults with Regional and Sub-Regional Coordinators in regards to all concerns related to seeker response.
The liaison attends meetings for seeker response at all levels, and shares pertinent information about seeker response gatherings with the Council.
The liaison reflects and plan with the Council toward the development and training of the network of seeker response in the region.
The liaison acts as a conduit of guidance and information from the Council to the Regional and Sub-Regional Coordinators.
The liaison can request a budget from the Council for additional expenses or teaching materials needed for seekers and registrants on behalf of Regional, Sub-Regional, and Cluster Coordinators.
The liaison may also work with the training institute to offer all new coordinators a refresher of Ruhi Books 2 and 6 or the whole course if they have not taken it.
