Cluster (and Locality) Seeker Response Coordinators
These roles are appointed by the Regional Baha'i Councils.
A Cluster Coordinator works with a specific cluster or group of clusters, and a Locality Coordinator works with a specific city.
Cluster and Locality Coordinators:
Have access to the Inquiry Management System (IMS) database and take action within 24 hours on the notifications they receive in their role email accounts about a new seeker in their cluster.

They work with the Regional and Sub-Regional Seeker Response Coordinators to maintain to identify needs and considerations for the seeker response network in the region. They are often invited to inter-institutional gatherings regularly throughout the year for consultation and reflection.
Respond to seekers themselves in areas where there are no Baha'is, and accompany the seeker to the furthest extent possible on their journey. They can also ask other Baha'is to help join in the accompaniment of a remote seeker.
Create and develop working relationships with Auxiliary Board members, Area Teaching Committees, Local Spiritual Assemblies, Registered Group contacts, Study Circle coordinators, children's class and junior youth coordinators, etc. to address the concerns of seekers.
