Today we will read a legend, a type of folktale. Close your eyes and think of a place that is always winter. No plants can grow because it is too cold outside. You have to wear many layers of clothes. What do you see?
Today when you read this story, I want you to VISUALIZE what you read. Make a picture in your mind of what is happening in the story.
