Hello Families! We are excited to get started with the school year . In an effort to streamline the back to school paperwork we have made a simple form for you to complete.

The two documents are linked below. Please read these before completing the form. If you have multiple students enrolled at Bagley High School you will need to complete the form for EACH student. Also, the Meal Application Form is available electronically (hard copies may be printed or completed at Open House as an option as well). We are asking all families to complete this form to improve funding.
