Hello Families! We are excited to get started with the school year . In an effort to streamline the back to school paperwork (and to be COVID safe), we have made a simple form for you to complete.

The three documents are linked below. Please read these before completing the form. If you have multiple students enrolled at Bagley Elementary (enrolled in either the in-person or distance learning model), you will need to complete the form for EACH student.
