While some back to school festivities may have been cancelled this year, one recent senior tradition has still been able to go on.
In the weeks before school, the class of 2021 has been able to paint their parking spots for the rest of the year.
The seniors were able to bring their paint and music and have fun customizing their spots, socially distanced, of course.
This is a wonderful way for seniors to showcase their creativity, humor or interests.
“Ever since I watched ‘The Lorax' movie my junior year in religion, my life has changed. It is honestly the greatest movie of all time. It is beautiful and educational. The colors are magnificent and I wanted to pay tribute with my spot to my lord and savior, the Lorax,” senior Kayla Fletcher said.
Senior AJ Enginger took a different approach to decorating his spot.
“I chose to do my parking spot like this because last year my Nerf team/friend group made a legendary run to the championship round and came out on top as champs. So this year, we are very confident that we will be going back-to-back in the Ram Nerf Wars and take home the crown. We are hoping to live up to the challenge by making a bold statement with my parking spot calling our shots as the 2020 Ram Nerf champs,” Enginger said.
Whether it’s showing off their favorite movie or manifesting future success in Nerf Wars, the class of 2021 did not disappoint with their parking spots.
