Another method of meditation is walking meditation. Many people find movement to be peaceful and it can clear your mind of many things. While doing this form of meditation, you can really focus on what your body is feeling and understanding what you are comfortable with and what helps the most.
Visualization is also a form of meditation you can use. Picturing something can help you achieve a goal you have in your life. Normally, if you are imagining things in your life, they will be things that have a positive impact on your life and free your mind.
