Enhancement - Issue that has not been previously discussed in current application specifications and will cost to include the new functionality into APP.
Question - Application questions to the iValua team that the APP team and/or Agencies may have.
Minor Bug- Defects that do not prevent access to the solution's primary functionalities
Major Bug - Defects that prevent the use of at least one of the solution's primary capabilities.
Blocking Bug - Defects that prevent the majority of users from using at least one of the solution's primary capabilities without a workaround.

Validated - iValua has seen and acknowledged the ticket
In Progress - iValua is working on a solution
Delivered for Acceptance - Solution to Ticket ready to be tested and accepted by requestor
Test Failed - The solution has been tested but failed
Accepted - The ticket has been accepted and will be addressed during the next Tag, or pushed into production as a standalone.
