How can we create spaces where students feel safe to be themselves? When trust and genuine connection are at the heart of rehearsal, it can transform the choir’s sound. The music can become more expressive, unified, and alive because each singer feels seen and supported. By showing up with empathy and presence, we unlock not only better performances but deeper relationships.
