Madison G., 4th Grade
Madison is an exceptional 4th grader who consistently demonstrates the ROAR values of Respect, Open-Mindedness, Accountability, and Responsibility. Madison treats everyone with kindness and respect, always ready to help a classmate or lend a hand to her teacher. She comes to school each day with a positive attitude and genuine excitement for learning. Jane takes her responsibilities seriously and always gives her best effort. Her enthusiasm, dependability, and caring nature make her a true role model for her peers and a wonderful representative of Robles Elementary.

Deserae Figueroa, Paraprofessional
We are proud to recognize Deserae as our Robles All-Star of the Month! While she is new to our team, she is certainly not new to our Robles community. As a dedicated parent, Deserae has long been a supportive presence for our staff, and now, in her role as a paraeducator, she has quickly proven herself to be an invaluable member of our school.
At the start of the year, when staffing transitions created challenges, Deserae stepped in without hesitation. She has taken initiative in the classroom, supported colleagues, and willingly covered duties as needed—all with grace, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Her dedication, flexibility, and teamwork truly exemplify the R.O.A.R. values of Robles Elementary. We are so fortunate to have her as part of our Bobcat family!

This month, we proudly recognize Kelly Medlock as our Employee of the Month. She has consistently shown dedication, professionalism, and strong organizational skills in her role as an Office Manager. Kelly monitors schedules, requests, and daily operations with care and efficiency, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and students. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist others make a tremendous difference in our school community. She is reliable, approachable, and always ready to help wherever she is needed.
