• • Speaker in the Assist World Record of the Longest Multinational Confluence Virtual "BOOKS ARE THE TREASURE OF THOUGHTS"  held in the commemoration of the 90th Birth Anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam the 11th President of India and the 10th year Anniversary Celebration of Assist World Records Research Foundation which was held between 25th August 2021 and 15th October 2021.

Activities 

• Developed a Robust In-house software for Library Circulation activities in the year 2005 which is used by the Education and Self-Finance library till date.

• Created an intranet website and hosted in the local server in the year 2006 which is for browsing the department level data using a secured login provided for departments

• Created Institutional repository using Dspace for uploading digitalised thesis, rare books and updated regularly

• Integrated and customized  library content and services in to the RFID system. 

• Completed the Shodhganga project sanctioned by UGC in the year 2014-2016 for Rs. 10,75,000  towards digitization of thesis. 

Academic Responsibilities  

• Providing Institution data for INFLIBNET for the projects : Eshodhsindhu, INDCAT, INFED, Vidwan

• Coordinating and making accessible the research data through INFLIBNET Shodhganga website

• Content creation and website maintenance of the  Library website

• Supporting faculty and students in checking the quality of their papers and thesis using anti-plagiarism software  

• Helping the scholars and faculty members in identifying impact factors and citation of their publication 

• Organizing training &  user awareness programme for online resources by inviting publishers and subject specific resource person  

• Providing orientation on the beginning of every academic year for the research scholars, Post Graduate and Under Graduate students

• Identity card committee for preparation of cards for all Institution members
