Parking
There are two parking garages located on the same block as our office building:
401 N. State Street (AMA Plaza)
224 N. Clark Street

Office Access
Enter the building on West Wacker Drive. Use the elevators just past the security desk, on the right. Select the 34th floor, where we are the only tenant. Once you're in front of our door, wave your hand over the keypad reader to the side of the door. When the number pad appears, type in your passcode.

Hours
This office is available for your use Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm. If you’d like to visit outside of these times, please contact: offices@av.vc

Seating
Below is a map of the seating available in the Chicago office. Feel free to sit anywhere in the area highlighted in green. Please do not use any of the private offices or workstations unless specifically arranged by an AV employee.

Wifi
The wifi name is: AV-guest
The password is: Alumn1Venture$
Note that your wifi access will expire nightly at 11:59pm, so you'll need to sign on anew each day.

Conference Room
You are welcome to use the conference room for a private phone conversation, provided no one else is using it at the time. Check the pad on the table to see if any upcoming meetings have been scheduled.

Restrooms
Two restrooms are located in the elevator lobby, on the opposite side of the office entrance (be sure to bring your phone with you in order to get back into the office). To access a vacant restroom, place your hand over the keypad until the numbers appear. The access code is: 1996 + checkmark

Printer/Scanner

Guests
Office access is granted only to approved AV portfolio company CEOs through the Open Doors program. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please do so through an AV employee or by contacting: offices@av.vc

Food Delivery
Delivery people (DoorDash, Postmates, etc.) are able to bring your food directly to the 34th floor.

Cafe
You are welcome to use anything you find in the cafe, including dishes, glasses, silverware, the microwave, and beverage machines. Please be sure to thoroughly wash any dishes you use and place them in the drying rack. Here are directions on how to:
- make a cup of coffee (Flavia machine)
- make an espresso (Nespresso machine)
- use the Bevi water machine
