Hello Thunderbirds,

This is Ms.Collins. I hope you are doing well. I am well, but missing you. My office hours are 7:45-8:45AM, and 1:00-2:00PM. I hope you have seen my videos on Class Dojo on Our School Story, as well as on Flipgrid. I encourage you all to continue to go run, walk, hike, ride your bike, and play. Maybe you could post a picture of something interesting you saw in nature, or of yourself exercising.

This week is is our virtual Track and Field/Family Fun and Fitness Week! Choose from the Open Track and Field activities below, and challenge someone in your family or your class, or maybe your teacher to compete with you in one or more of the activities. Send me a message or video to let me know which activities you like.

Remember that children need one hour of cardiovascular exercise a day. Also remember that you need ten hours of sleep each night. And of course you need to eat lots of fruits and veggies! Go food to give your brain and body energy! Stay active and healthy, and stay tuned Thunderbirds!
