Adjunct Professor, Management Department – Austin Community College
This is my second year serving as an adjunct professor in the Management Department at ACC. I’m excited to share insights from my professional journey—as well as the wisdom of mentors and leaders who have shaped it—with each of you. I look forward to learning from your perspectives and supporting your development both in and beyond the classroom.
In addition to teaching, I recently served as a Senior IT Project Manager in ACC’s Information Technology Department, reporting directly to CIO Jason Marshall. In this role, I led strategic technology initiatives that impacted more than 5,000 faculty and staff and over 70,000 students across the district each year.
I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Texas State University. During my undergraduate years, I launched a party rental business and worked in the Apple College Program as a Genius Advisor, providing CPU technical support. After graduation, I began my corporate career at Continental Automotive, first as a Human Resource Specialist and later as a Financial Analyst.
Since then, I have held roles in global finance and accounting, led initiatives for high-growth technology startups, built and managed a Project Management Office (PMO), and overseen large-scale enterprise software implementations. I am also an accredited angel investor with CTAN and an active mentor to local startups and small businesses in the Austin area.
