Complete both assignments in the Blackboard course*
*Note the course will show up under "student" in Blackboard after you have been added.
1. Sign Up for the Course:
Enroll in the AI Fundamentals Proficiency Award course through Workday.
2. Email Notification:
Once enrolled, Workday will send an email confirming your registration.
OAT team member will add you to the Blackboard course and notify you. NOTE this could take a week.
3. Access Blackboard:
Once you receive an email confirming you have been added to Blackboard, you can log in, access the e-Learning module, and complete the two assignments.
Note that you will be listed as a student so if you are teaching courses, this one will be listed below. You can search for the course name "Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals".
4. Start Here:
Navigate to the "Start Here" section in Blackboard.
Complete Activities:
Follow the instructions in the Rise learning module and participate in the activities.
Return to Blackboard to participate in discussions on Packback.
Submit your reflection assignment on Blackboard.
7. Weekly Progress Check:
Every week, an OAT team member will review the Gradebook to check if both assignments have been submitted.
8. Awarding the Badge:
Once both assignments have been completed, the OAT team member will award you the badge in Suitable and Workday.
