How do I sign up for my subscription?

The ACC Adobe Creative Campus page has an overview of the process and the links to sign up. Students can watch this brief video walkthrough, which will guide them through the steps and help head off a number of problems.

I paid for the subscription, but it says I’ve only got a free trial.

You need to log in with the enterprise/school account option, not as a personal account.

I’m a faculty/staff member, and I got an email saying my subscription is expiring.

Faculty and staff need to renew their subscriptions every year. Go to the WebStore to log in and follow the directions to renew your subscription.

My student is taking a class eligible for the discounted price of $10 per semester, but it’s trying to charge them $50.
