Establish, publicize, and maintain office hours, during which you are available to students
Interaction between faculty and students may occur in-person, or may take place via telephone, email, electronic chats, on-site meetings, video teleconference or other methods. Office hours for on-campus courses will be held on campus.
Office hours, office location, and instructor contact information should be available in your course syllabus and in Lighthouse.
Adjunct instructors are required to hold one hour of office hours a week per class.
Full-time instructors can check these ACC guidelines (page 11) to calculate their office hours.
