Engr. Eyo, T.B. is a COREN registered engineer with 35 years of service in Nigeria's Federal Civil Service, 20 years with Federal Ministry of Works and 15 years with Federal

Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) respectively. He retired as a Director. He holds Master degree and is currently a PhD scholar in Highways Engineering. Eyo is

recognized for innovations such as Pavement Resurfacing by Fumigation, asphalt recycling, road mat and holds Patent Right on cold asphalt, has published technical

journals on road maintenance. His honors include international awards and Fellow of professional bodies. A consultant to National Assembly, Committee member of COREN, NSE and Member Board of Trustee (BoT) of Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE). He has represented Nigeria at conferences on roads worldwide and now serves as a lecturer, African University of Science and Technology,

Abuja.
