2020 Summer School
Arcadia Educational Foundation is pleased to be able to provide a virtual summer school for our students this year.
CHROMEBOOKS - High school students attending summer school must have access to an AUSD issued Chromebook to use a secure server. This may be required for test taking purposes. Middle school students can request a device if they do not have access to one. Please fill out the Chromebook Request Form by June 11th to request a Chromebook.
Chromebook User Agreements must be filled out by June 12th for all non-AUSD students.
STUDENTS: You should receive an email to your AUSD email by Friday evening with class information. Class officially starts on Monday, June 15th.
High School
AEF Virtual Summer School for the high school will meet daily beginning Monday, June 15th and will end on Wednesday July 22nd. All classes meet Monday-Friday unless noted. For more information, please check out the 2020 Virtual AEF Summer School Catalog.

PowerSchool is available for students to access grades and attendance. Use the link above, as AEF PowerSchool has a different link than AUSD. Student credentials (student ID and password) are needed for access.
AEF Course Withdrawal Request - All course withdrawal requests must be submitted by Friday, June 26th for 1st Session courses and Friday, July 17th for 2nd Session or 10 Credit courses. Please complete the following form to notify us of your request.
Transcript Requests must be made prior to July 20, 2020. Transcript requests received after this date will be subject to a $10.00 fee per transcript requested.
Middle School

Daily Attendance is highly encouraged. If your student is absent from class, please fill out the absence verification form above.
