Technology

Learning through Choice and Planning

Welcome to our website! This is a technology-based learning environment. Our goals are to help you understand how technology can facilitate teaching and learning for your students.

This site was designed to provide students with the ability to freely explore our learning environment. It provides opportunities to study the materials presented, make choices based on the resources currently available, and the ability to interact by providing personal feedback.

As you explore this site you will be deciding, as an adult learning facilitator, which of the offered platforms you would like to employ at your hypothetical next training. Which meets your needs? Why?

We want you, adult education teaching students, to recognize whether there is a need to understand how technology can play a greater role in your facilitating process. We want you to determine whether there is value in technological assisted learning and to what degree. We want you to compare and critique the resources we have presented or consider others you feel could work better for you. Finally, we would like our students to respond by completing our survey and produce a summary of their thoughts.

We want to hear from you!
