Individual Career and Academic Plans (ICAPs)
As part of our strategic plan, APS 2020, every APS student starting in Kindergarten develops a plan for their future. These plans will evolve and develop as they move through grade levels. A student's plan should reflect their interests and help them regularly set and meet goals.
