Performance Matters - Professional Learning Management for Aurora Public Schools

Performance Matters is the Learning Management System tracking all professional development for employees in Aurora Public Schools.

Any professional development available to the district is now offered through Performance Matters including registrations and verification of hours for re-licensure or Salary Advancement purposes.

Course Requester Open Work Sessions (Save the Dates)

Open Work Sessions to input courses: Come hang out at the PLCC and receive support as you are working through it.

*Throughout the year we will also offer support. These will be held from 8a-12p at the PLCC:

January 23, 2019: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

February 13, 2019: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

March 13, 2019: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

April 10, 2019: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

May 8, 2019: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

We are so excited that Performance Matters is up and running. This system has replaced Saba Cloud. This will be used to create, manage, and document all professional learning in Aurora Public Schools.

Please Click Here to login to Performance Matters (PM) using your District Login information for your username and password. It is highly suggested you Bookmark the site for ease of access and turn off your browser pop-up blocker or set your browser to allow pop-ups from PM. We have included a login support video for your reference and we hope you will find that this system is user friendly:

APS Record of Professional Learning Update:

The APS Record of Professional Learning now includes all verified completions from the Avatar and Saba Cloud systems. To access a copy of the APS Record of Professional Learning for salary advancement or relicensure purposes, begin by logging onto Performance Matters. Then click on Courses in the menu bar. Then, scroll down to the My Courses channel and click on My Transcript.

Shawn Roloff and Justin Peterson will offer whole group training and one on one support to those users who will be Course Requesters; these are individuals identified by site or departmental admin who will be creating content in Performance Matters. Please note, courses should be entered into PM at least three weeks prior to the start date. Please note that we will no longer backdate PD.

In service of supporting the new system, we are happy to come work with individual schools. If you would like to have us come to you to train your entire staff, please contact us to make arrangements by emailing Shawn Roloff

If school sites are willing to share their Professional Development plan for the year with the Director of Professional Learning, then the Professional Learning Department will input all course work. For more information regarding this process, please email Justin Peterson

Out of District Credit Applications

As of August 10, 2018, Professional Learning is no longer accepting physical applications for Out of District Credit. To submit an Out of District application, please log on to Performance Matters and access the Out of District Credit menu to submit electronically.
