👋 About Me:

Hi everyone! I am Mrs. Jones, one of the Integrated 1 Teachers here at VPP! This will be my 8th year at VPP!

I am a Colorado native, but I grew up in Colorado Springs. I always knew I wanted to be a math teacher, so I attended the Metropolitan State University of Denver to earn my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. After a few years in education, I decided to pursue my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction through Western Governors University. 

Outside of school, I spend most of my time chasing after my 1-year-old daughter with my husband on our family adventures, which include camping, hiking, fishing, and kayaking, as well as preparing for our second baby, who will join us in October.

I am excited for this next school year!
