Chromebook Repair

Here are the steps to take when your Chromebook is in need of repair:

1. If your issue is a broken screen, your battery is not charging, or your Chromebook is just "plain dead", skip ahead to step 3.

2. Many problems can be resolved by following the Common Technology Fixes or Chromebook Clean Wipe instructions below.
   Try those first.

3. If your problem is not resolved, come to the library for further troubleshooting.
