This company is incorporated in Sep-2011 registered in Navi Mumbai. Company is involved in Manufacturing, trading & Research of Biomass Briquettes with turnover of Rs 60.9 Cr (As of FY 2017-18) since inception. Company has catered reputed customers listed below. This company is planned to be listed on BSE under SME segment three years down the line.

Auctus Manufacturing India Private Limited has successfully designed, developed & commercialized dryer based biomass bagasse briquetting technology with Thermax Onsite Energy Solutions Ltd a subsidiary company of Thermax India Ltd & currently working towards scale up through franchise based expansion plan.

They have successfully operated (5) five geographically distributed Biofuel (Biomass Fuel Briquettes) Production facilities in last 7 years. One of the (5) five operated plants was of capacity 100TPD on single location at Tasgaon, Sangli, Maharashtra, India.

They have also developed certain grades of solid biofuel which has dual usage, it acts as organic manure & can be burnt for industrial usage and can replace indigenous coal. They are also in process of filing patents for this product and other intellectual properties such as certain process know hows they have acquired over past 7 years.

This company is involved in trading of agro based biomass, compost & bio based fertilizers. It was incorporated in year 2013. It has clocked turnover of Rs 28.5 Cr (AS OF FY 2016-17) Since Inception. In long run, all the agro based biomass, which is primary feedstock for both solid & liquid biofuel production, is intended to be collected & aggregated under this company. It is also acting as general trading company for various opportunities that may come across time to time.

AUCTUS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

This company is incorporated in Dec-2013 registered in Navi Mumbai. It is a holding company for JVs & SPVs that will be formed for various ventures envisaged by AUCTUS ENERGY in renewable space. They may also acquire or lease certain large properties in near future to build up Biomass reserve & development of production facilities

AUCTUS SONHIRA ENERGY VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

This company is one of the subsidiary company formed under Auctus Industries Private Limited. They have signed MOU for "Development of Green Hydrocarbon Production Technology" with reputed Global Trade Group with 100% funding commitment. With these funds they will be developing & setting up multiple large scale Integrated Renewable Hydrocarbon Biofuel-Refineries at various favourable locations in Maharashtra, India & abroad with funding partner & their associated partner companies in energy sector across the globe.

FOUNDER’S PROFILE

Mr. Vaibhav U. Kumbhar is technocrat & ambitious entrepreneur having done his BE (Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation) from University of Mumbai. He has over 10 years of experience in energy sector & left Reliance Industries Limited one of the major oil & gas company in India after working 10 years with them to pursue his passion for setting up his own venture in renewable energy. While working with them during project & operations phase, he has contributed and witnessed few of the largest projects in Retail Petroleum, Refining, & Exploration & Production in India.

For Biomass Biofuel Franchise expansion, he is leveraging his major experience of roll out of 1500 pan India Petroleum Retail Outlets while he worked for Reliance Industries Limited.

While working he pursued MBA in OIL & GAS from University of Petroleum & Energy studies Dehradun India. To gain & save on time he left both MBA & well-paying job to bootstrap his own Energy Venture. He has successfully founded four private limited manufacturing & trading companies for this venture. These Companies cumulatively has clocked revenue of INR 894 Million (As of FY 2017-18) since its inception. He raised funds from 30 plus angels and invested in these companies. Soon they will become formal shareholders of these companies & exit through IPO or M&A with great returns.

Mr. Prabhakar Sethi (Advisor)

He is a Chemical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India. He has over 46 years of experience in Hydrocarbon Processing Industry.

Currently, he is on an advisory role with energy and hydrocarbon sector industries. He is also closely associated with a consulting team advising major petroleum and petrochemical industries, and investment banks.

Previously Mr. Sethi has held several senior positions in the Hydrocarbon Industry in India and abroad.

Most recently he was handling Western regional operations in India of a global major EPC company in the Oil, Gas and downstream Petroleum / Petrochemical sector.

Prior to that he held the responsibility for Manufacturing automation and Petroleum Supply chain / Retail automation projects, and their subsequent operation for a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas major in India.

Earlier, Mr. Sethi had a key role in the planning, implementation, and commissioning of a USD 1.2 bln Naphtha Cracker, and downstream Polymers complex in West Bengal, India. He was also the main mover for the implementation of ERP (SAP R/3), and state-of-art IT / MES infrastructure, in this green field project.

Initially, Mr. Sethi has been in petrochemicals manufacturing operations of a renowned global overseas Oil & Gas major in its operating companies in India and Netherlands for over two and half decades, and has held senior Operations responsibilities for large integrated petrochemical complexes.
