Classroom Technology Issues
If you face a technology issue in a classroom (console, computer, projector, document scanner), contact CTMS at 01066694352 and they will send someone usually immediately.
Shortage of Tables or Chairs in a Classroom
It is not uncommon for tables and chairs to get moved between classrooms. This sometimes results in a classroom being short of chairs (and sometimes tables). Generally, you can just ask a few students to help go to nearby classrooms and gather the number of unneeded chairs or tables, and this solves the issue quickly. If you need additional help, you can usually contact an administrative assistant in your department and they can send a department aid to assist.

General Maintenance and Housekeeping Issues
General maintenance issues include problems with a room or office setup/arrangement, physical damage/repairs on campus, grounds maintenance, restroom problems, plumbing, housekeeping, physical classroom issues, pest control, landscape maintenance, elevator problems, and other things that are not emergencies or need dealt with urgently. For such situations, please complete a service request on this portal.
General Housekeeping Issues
For general housekeeping issues, you can send an email to housekeeping@aucegypt.edu or complete the service request form listed above.
Urgent Issues
For other urgent issues (e.g. short-circuit, flood, exposed wires), you can call landline 26252222 (or ext 2222) or call the AUC switchboard operator at 19282 and explain the situation. You can also generally contact an administrative assistance in your department and they can join with you in trying to quickly resolve the issue.
