Spreading Whitecap Spirit!

Pink! Pink! Pink! On October 11, 2017 team Whitecap at AMS came together to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month! In team spirit Whitecap dressed up in all pink! Team Whitecap dressed up in pink to show support for the Breast Cancer Awareness month. We showed support for the many people who have battled or are battling breast cancer. In celebration we had a team Whitecap junk box drawing for those who participated. I bet you’ll never guess what all the prizes were? You guessed it pink! We hope to spread the AMS spirit and encourage other teams to dress up as well!
In Ms.B’s students are hard at work writing about stuff everything from World War 2 to pennies. In Ms. B’s exploratory you sit in your seat and write about whatever you want. You get to pick. We have students writing about all kinds of different genres like sci fi, fantasy and realistic fiction. Writing all day about dogs does sound like a lot of fun. They are writing about whatever they want for the nano writing contest due on november first.
