Seniors and Senior Parents - you should receive an email on or before Oct 15 with instructions for Sr Portrait and Baby Picture submission, as well as instructions for creating and purchasing a Sr Ad starting Oct 15

Seniors and Senior Parents OPEN OCT 15, 2023 (CLOSED):  

Senior Portraits/Baby Pics/and Sr Ads for 2023/2024 Yearbook. PORTRAITS AND BABY PICS will be open for submissions ON OCTOBER 15 and due by December 20! Late submissions are not accepted.

Parents and Students, 

The following documents provide all necessary information regarding yearbook photos, senior ads, and ordering yearbooks. Additionally, there are a few examples of senior ads. Please feel free to contact me directly for specific questions! 

Order Your 2023/2024 Yearbook:  Prices and sale dates will be advertised at the headline of this page.

Submit Senior Photos / Submit Senior Baby Pics / Order Senior Ads:  THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR SENIOR PHOTOS AND SENIOR BABY PICS WILL BE December 20, 2023.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY Senior Photos or Baby pics as printed copies. ALL submissions must be done electronically. Any submitted after Dec 20 will be deleted. Size 2.5 in by 3.5 in (300 dpi).

All senior pics MUST be electronically submitted THROUGH EMAIL FROM BALFOUR:

Please LABEL your picture uploads with Senior name information and what the submission is for (Sr Photo, Sr Baby Pic)

All BABY pics MUST be electronically submitted THROUGH The following link (no senior portraits): 

Baby Picture UPLOAD  - Put in Project #424638, leave upload code blank

TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PICTURE REPLACES YOUR SCHOOL PHOTO IT IS BEST BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR PICTURE TO RENAME YOUR RAW PIC WITH THE STUDENT NAME AND NOT LEAVE IT AS THE .jpg OR .png. This ensures tracking of student senior name to their photos both Sr Portrait and Baby Pic

Senior Ads must be completed online as outlined In the (CLICK HERE): AD Builder Brochure by December 20, 2023

Checks for ad need to be delivered to the cashier prior to the January 9, 2024 Deadline (if not paid, ad will not be placed in Yearbook)

DEADLINE FOR SR PHOTO, SR BABY PICTURE, and SR AD is December 20, 2023
