A confirmation of Ad, and payment made will come out to you shortly, be patient as I am merging ads submitted with payment information (they come from different spots).
If you haven't paid yet and we have an Ad for you, you will be notified shortly a few days before the Dec. 10 deadline.
You may always email me at rjones@auburn.wednet.edu as I have inventoried the Ads and have a list of who has paid dated 12/2 at 1 pm (if you have made the payment after that time, it might not be on my list yet, if you email but I can check for you through our cashier)

Submit Senior Photos / Submit Senior Baby Pics / Order Senior Ads: THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR SENIOR PHOTOS AND SENIOR BABY PICS WILL BE November 30, 2025. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY Senior Photos or Baby pics as printed copies. ALL submissions must be done electronically. Any submitted after Nov 30 will be deleted. Size 2.5 in by 3.5 in (300 dpi).

Submitting Senior Baby Picture:
You may submit ONLY one baby picture of your choice to include in the Yearbook
TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PICTURE REPLACES YOUR SCHOOL PHOTO IT IS BEST BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR PICTURE TO RENAME YOUR RAW PIC WITH THE STUDENT NAME AND NOT LEAVE IT AS THE .jpg OR .png. This ensures tracking of student senior name to their photos both Sr Portrait and Baby Pic

CONFIRMATION of RECEIPT comes after you hit submit from both sites run by Varsity Publishing. (Due to the high volume of pictures and ads, we cannot confirm every picture submitted, look for the confirmation from them AFTER you hit submit)
