Terminal Park Elementary
Family Support
Welcome to Terminal Park Elementary!
September 2023
Hello Terminal Park Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Terminal Park Elementary. Welcome as well to our brand new building, a place that will truly help Terminal Park Elementary become the best school for our students and families. This change will require lots of openness to change, patience as we figure out how to best use these new spaces and help as we work together to create this new learning community.
For returning families, I look forward to seeing you all and continuing to serve your children, and the entire Terminal Park community. For families new to Terminal Park, I am excited to meet you and your child, and know that we are all here to support your child in transitioning to our school. Our staff and school community are committed to providing the best educational experience possible for your child. Let us know how we can help!
Every day at Terminal Park we are committed to providing the best education for your child. We have some fantastic changes for this upcoming year that will help our students grow and achieve. However, WE NEED YOUR HELP in making Terminal Park a GREAT school.
First, make certain your students are ready to learn each day. Get them to school every day and on time. Students who come to school every day are practically guaranteed to graduate from high school.
Second, join in on the fun! Become an active part of our school community. Volunteer in classrooms, join the PTA, and come to school events. If you speak a language other than English, we want you to feel welcome and a part of the school community as well. If you need any help in communicating with the school, we can find translators or even use a phone service to help you communicate with us.
Communication is key to our success so you are encouraged to send in an email, give us a call or come by to chat about your thoughts, ideas and concerns.
Our office is open for business and ready to provide any support we can. We look forward to seeing each of you; welcome back!
Warmly,
Mike Weibel
Principal
