Co-Planning: What does it look like?
This video observes a pair of co-teachers planning their lesson together. Co-planning can occur in co-taught or independently taught classrooms where students with disabilities are taught alongside their gen ed peers.
Creating the perfect partnership doesn't mean doing the same work. Each of us has our own unique sets of strengths. Additionally, we each play different roles. Being respectful and honoring your partner's knowledge and wisdom benefits each other and but, most importantly, your students.
