The following professional learning is required for the following Aubrey ISD staff:
New Teacher Academy for any new to district professional staff. Will count for the four Professional Development (PD) days, in-lieu of pink days on school calendar (exchange days)
Back to School Staff Development
TELPAS training and annual calibration for teachers with ESL students
K-3 teachers and principals are required to complete the HB3 Texas Reading Academy
30 GT hours
Safe School Compliance courses annually
T-TESS Training and annual refresher
STAAR training and oath
District professional development supporting professional, campus, and district initiatives
