She also has a new cozy seating so students can go in there and enjoy their reading time. They have different games and activities like Jenga, Giant TicTacToe, Giant Connect 4, a puzzle table, building blocks, Buddha boards, dominoes, and more. The updated space also features a painting wall full of areas for students to color and put their personal marks on the library. Mrs.Lockhart painted the wall as an AWARE project. Our school counselors can provide markers for the coloring wall for students. I asked Ms. Moreland about starting a book club, and she said she is trying to work out the details for one. She is also hoping to start a poetry and writing club. She also mentioned the amazing murals Mrs. Lockhart and her art students created. They are beautiful, and y’all should go check them out!
