Regional Command Training - Fall Session

Title: LEADING IN CRISIS: Vision with Execution

The Atlanta Police Leadership Institute introduces its first Executive Command Leadership Development Cohort: A Collaboration of Public Safety Leaders.”

The Executive Command Leadership Development Cohort will consist of nine (9) sessions held three (3) consecutive days for three months: Highlighting opportunities for Leadership Growth and Development. Attendees will receive a wealth of information from Command Level Executives from the Private Sector, Military, Public Safety, and various Scholars on Growth and Development, in addition to fellow peers: a combined knowledge of over 100 years of service.

SESSION SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS

COST: $1850 - This covers the cost of training, required reading, parking, refreshments, breakfast, and lunch for each module. This can be paid by credit card, purchase order, or invoice.


LOCATION - ATLANTA, GA (Specific sites TBA)


PARTICIPANTS - The Executive Command Leadership Development Cohort opportunity is:

  • Open to all branches of public safety

  • Sworn & Professional Staff

- The rank of Assistant/Deputy Chief or above (equivalent to Deputy Chief and above)

- Directors/Chiefs of Staff

  • Senior/Executive Level Corporate Security Directors

Session I

Date: September 21-23, 2022 | 8:30AM - 5:00 PM


Session II

Date: October 25-27, 2022 | 8:30AM - 5:00 PM

Session III

Date: November 16-18, 2022 | 8:30AM - 5:00 PM




Capstone: 10 hrs. (Independent Study)

By utilizing the components from each of the modules’ required readings and instructor’s presentations, participants design a strategic organizational plan and present that plan to a judging panel of Criminal Justice Leaders within a 20-minute timeframe.


90hrs. POST Credit

50hrs. POST Executive Training Credit
