If your foster pet is experiencing any of the following, call the foster emergency line immediately before seeking emergency veterinary care.
Trouble breathing (rapid, labored, or pale/blue gums)
Collapsed, unresponsive, or extremely lethargic
Seizures or tremors
Severe bleeding, major trauma or suspected broken bones
⚠️Kitten or Puppy hasn't eaten or drunk in 8-12 hours.
⚠️Adult dog or cat hasn't eaten or drunk in 48+ hours.

For your foster pet's non-emergency concerns or to get scheduled for a general vaccine appointment, please email the foster team to be connected with the Foster Medical Liaison.

Walk-ins accepted daily during open shelter hours, can provide 2 months at a time.

Prescription Refills
For refills of existing prescriptions, please complete this request form
All refill requests are reviewed by a veterinarian, and approval is based on your foster pet’s medical needs and history.
Submitting a refill request does not guarantee the prescription will be refilled, but you will be notified when the refill is ready for pick-up or if additional information, an exam, or an appointment is needed before medication can be provided.

Vaccines & Non-Emergency Concerns: WALK-IN ONLY
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend hours have limited veterinary staffing (technicians only, no veterinarians) and are unable to give rabies vaccines on weekends.
Based on the technician’s assessment, you may be asked to return on a weekday to see a veterinarian.
