Electricity Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Ateneo Sustainability Guidelines and Policies provide guidance for energy conservation through the use of energy-efficient equipment and the use of renewable energy resources. The Ateneo also focuses on emission reduction and energy efficiency in transportation and power generation. The Central Facilities Management Office (CFMO) and its unit representatives monitor energy consumption and facilitate the maintenance of energy-related infrastructure and systems on campus. Energy conservation information and education campaigns are also implemented at he unit level.
