From 21 to 25 October 2024, the Japanese Studies Program from the School of Social Sciences, in partnership with Japan-related student organizations, Hinomoto and Touyou no Shinju, is hosting a series of activities that celebrate Japanese culture.
JSP Week 2024 focuses on "Bridging Cultural Divide," a theme aligned with Ateneo 2030’s goal of fostering stronger cultural connections. Through activities such as lectures, film showings, and student interactions, the week provides opportunities for the Ateneo community to deepen mutual respect and understanding between the Philippines and Japan. This celebration of cultural collaboration highlights the shared values and history of both nations, encouraging dialogue and learning.
During this week, we hope you can join us in discovering various aspects of Japanese culture.
This event is open to students, alumni, and members of the Ateneo community.
