PRAYER FOR GOD'S COMASSIONATE HEART1

Gracious Father,

my heart has grown a little cold for some reason,

and I have lost touch with Your love and compassion for others.

I ask You to please touch my heart of stone

and give me a heart of flesh that beats in unison

with Your compassionate heart for those around me.

Please open my spiritual eyes

and lead me in Your love to others.

Amen.
