Dr. William Becker

is Vice President and the past Corporate Drinking Water Practice Leader at Hazen and Sawyer and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. Bill has consulted for some of the largest utilities in the country on a variety of water quality and treatment process issues. In addition, he has taught water related classes to hundreds of water plant operators, professional engineers, and graduate students. He earned a PhD degree from Johns Hopkins University, and MS and BS degrees from Clarkson University.
