is the Vice President of Water Resources for Arizona Water Company (AWC), the second largest private water company providing reliable and affordable water to nearly 320,000 people in 27 communities across Arizona. She manages all aspects of AWC’s water resources including protecting and securing water supplies. Rossi has worked in water resources her entire career starting at the Arizona Department of Water Resources. She has a career of firsts. She became the first water resource manager for the cities of Peoria and Surprise securing Assured Water Supply designations for both cities. She became the first water resources manager for EPCOR (previously Citizens Utilities). She became the first Water Policy Analyst for the Central Arizona Project where she led the initial effort to determine how to allocate and share unused capacity in the CAP. Prior to coming to AWC, Rossi worked for the Arizona Water Banking Authority where she worked to secure the largest credit purchase in Arizona at the time.
