is a Senior Vice President at Cadmus. He has more than two decades of experience supporting government agencies and multi-national corporations in the design and creation of performance-driven energy, environment, water, and resilience programs. He has managed and delivered major environmental, sustainability, energy efficiency, training, technology, and program support contracts to government clients.
Nathan leads Cadmus’ Federal Operating Group, which supports federal, state, and local government clients in the areas of technology solutions, water, energy, sustainable transportation, emergency management, resilience, climate change, and public health. He leads all federal accounts, including the Environmental Protection Agency, General Services Administration, Health and Human Services, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Nathan holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia.
