Kevin Moran

directs state and federal water policy advocacy for EDF’s Climate Resilient Water Systems program and supports all EDF state policy work in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

Kevin approaches water management issues with a public policy and strategic communications expertise developed over 20 years, more than a decade of which was in corporate leadership. From 2005-2012, Kevin served as vice president of human resources for Cox Communications Arizona, a 3,000-employee company with $1.7 billion in annual revenue. He previously directed government relations, political and strategic communications campaigns and ran successful statewide and local ballot campaigns in Arizona. Kevin has represented various clients on water legislation and environmental regulatory issues relating to golf courses, water reuse and groundwater replenishment.
