is based in Washington, DC, where he leads Policy & Stakeholder Engagement for Veralto's Water Quality Segment. Previously, Jon led Global Government Affairs & Policy for GE, SUEZ, and Veolia business units. Before taking on the government affairs roles, he was a director in GE's Corporate Marketing Initiatives Group, where he helped lead the creation of GE's global environmental sustainability initiative called Ecomagination. Jon originally joined GE as a Global Business Development Leader with GE Energy, where he helped GE create a global water business by initiating and leading acquisitions of NYSE-listed companies. Until May 2024, he taught a course called “The Business and Governance of Water” at The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania where he teaches graduate courses on water, energy, and sustainability. He also serves on the Board of the WateReuse Association, where he is an Officer and also Chairs the National Policy Committee, the Board of the International Desalination Association, where he serves as First Vice President, and the Water Research Foundation. Jon holds a law degree from William & Mary, and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
