joined S&P Global Ratings in 2016. She is currently a Director in the North America Project Finance and P3s team, where she conducts credit ratings on infrastructure investments using that financing structure. She was previously a lead analyst on the Sustainable Finance team, leading sustainability analysis and Second Party Opinions in all regions and sectors, and before the conducted credit ratings on credit ratings for municipal and cooperative utilities in the U.S. Public Finance team – particularly in water – as well as debt issued by State Revolving Funds and bond banks. Her research often focuses on issues pertaining to access to and affordability of essential infrastructure and services, community engagement, and natural capital.
Erin previously worked for the federal Office of Management and Budget in Washington, D.C., where she oversaw the budget of the Army Corps of Engineers’ water supply, hydropower, inland navigation, and Clean Water Act permitting programs, and well as federal lending programs in transportation, housing, and other sectors. She holds a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.
