With a particular focus on water-related projects and transactions, Damian provides strategic support to US and global companies in complex cross-border and international transactions involving energy, industrial/manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, water and wastewater, and natural resources. His clients include Fortune 50 companies, financial institutions, non-governmental organizations, governmental entities, private equity funds and other investors.
Damian has sourced, negotiated, structured, analyzed and completed hundreds of transactions over the course of his career. He counsels clients on operational, financial and transactional matters including debt, equity and hybrid investments, financings and structures, risk management, compliance, joint ventures and more. Damian has led multiple buy-and-build strategies across sectors and industries including energy, water and wastewater, diversified industrials, real estate, waste oil and refining, unconventional oil and gas and oilfield services, and industrial distribution. He also advises clients throughout the world with respect to international public/private partnerships, industrial outsourcing, DBOOM, O&M, and privatization efforts in water, wastewater and infrastructure operations. As the global demand for energy and water connected to data centers continues to grow, Damian understands the water and energy nexus and provides strategic assistance related to data centers across the United States and the globe.
