is a Senior Policy Analyst for the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (“CAGRD”, part of the Central Arizona Project), where his work since 2014 has focused on acquiring, developing, and managing renewable water supplies to fulfill the replenishment obligations of CAGRD, offsetting groundwater pumping in Arizona's Active Management Areas and supporting sustainable water management amid growth, drought, and Colorado River challenges.
Prior to joining CAGRD, Chris served as a consultant and water policy advisor for more than 20 years, bringing expertise in hydrology, water law, and resource planning. Active in the field, Chris is Vice President of the Arizona Hydrological Society (AHS) Corporate Board and is a long-time AHS member. His work plays a vital role in ensuring reliable, assured water supplies for central Arizona's communities and industries.
