Keeping the green gloves from keying out by turning them blue proved to be the trick. Changing the color of the gloves using the "Hue vs Hue" tool helped a great deal. Then matching the different cameras (using the resulting blue gloves as the primary reference point).

Since only one of the cameras utilized log footage, I decided to keep the multi-cam edit in Premiere instead of round tripping through Resolve as usual.

Not perfect, but fairly quick and efficient.
