A little bit about Shane: I recently graduated in May 2018 from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Economics. I work in collegiate basketball as a video coordinator and most recently for the University of Hawaii Men's Basketball team.

What do you think you need to improve on? My ability to portray my ideas in a more clear manner that everyone can understand.

Aspirations and goals: To become the head basketball coach of a D1 collegiate program.
