A little bit about Ryan: Currently I am an Operations Supervisor for a small company in Cincinnati, prior to that I spent 10 years on Active Duty in the US Army where I was a Aeromedical Evacuations Operations Officer. I received my B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing in November 2018 from Ashford University, making me the first person in my family to graduate from a four year program. My time in the Army gave me a wealth of knowledge in leadership, operations, and janitorial services. I'm fortunate to be in a position where I can use those skills, minus the janitorial, to help my company in its rapid growth. I am an avid outdoorsman, father of two beautiful girls, and I've been married to my wife for nearly 10 years.

What is your leadership/management style? I like to think of myself as a Servant Leader. I empower my employees to always question how or why we preform a particular task a certain way, often these conversation turns into a great learning experience for the both of us.
What do you think you need to improve on? I absolutely could be a better listener. Sometimes I become so focused on a task or an issue that I may tune out someone if I don't think they are working toward a solution.
Aspirations and goals: I'd really like to work my way to an executive position in the near future.
